For this discussion, you will Identify a situation in your current workplace (I am a Labor Delivery RN, also cross-trained in the Special Care nursery) where evidence based practice has been or could be applied. Remember, this refers to decisions about patient care that are based on evidence that is produced by well designed research. You will need to provide research to support your decision.   • Describe the steps in making a clinical decision based on evidence
