  Ht    Patient height, in centimeters
  BMI   Patient body mass index (BMI), where BMI = wt/ht*2, with weight in kilograms
  and ht height in meters
  APR-DRG   Denotes All Patient Refined Diagnosis Related Group, a widely used inpatient
  classification system.
