part 3:

In this assignment you will use the CFR and internet to locate and analyze Review Commission findings. Students will locate two (2) cases from the OSHRC website and in 25-50 words, describe the central issue on the case which is decided by the OSHRC panel or judge.

part 4 :

Using the sample incident investigation checklist provided, determine three (3) places on the sample report where new items can be added or redundant items eliminated. We are not using the form to investigate an incident– we are only using the form to make the process better by editing the sample form itself.

part 5 :

Download the attached file “SAFM 470 Abstract Protocol.” In a maximum of three pages, prepare an abstract (summary of key points) on Subpart M – Fall Protection (which will be discussed in depth next week) according to the guidelines included in the abstract protocol
