************** more info below on this assignment

Use only one message per slide (it is wise to create an outline on your own (no need to submit) so that you can plan the tile (content) of each slide). If you have more than one message, add a slide.

FONT Size: For Slide Title, use 18 to 32 size font. Make sure each slide title has the same size font from slide to slide. Use “One Line Titles” three or four words; not full sentences or paragraphs as titles

Speaker Notes: Limit the amount of text on each slide [Do Not Add Full Paragraphs to each slide (this will cost you points) – no one wants to read an article during your presentation.

Add bullet points to your slide of what you will talk about then:

The full paragraphs “What you will be talking about during your presentation” must be placed on each slides “Speaker Notes” section. CITE your SPEAKER notes!

FONT size for slide content: Use large fonts (12 may be too small) try using 16, 18, and such font size. View your slide to make sure your audience can read what you will write!

Use the same font size from slide to slide.

Use only elements that add to the content of the message. Use graphics that clearly support your message. Good graphics can significantly add to learning, bad graphics can confuse and distract your audience.

Maintain a consistent design with regard to colors, font styles, and graphics.

You might use a formal typeface like Palatino and a symmetrical layout for a serious issue or you could use a casual font like Comic Sans and an asymmetrical layout for a lighter topic.

Have a Title Slide (do not count) beginning slide (Introduction or learning objectives), a middle content (required elements) and an end (Summary and Conclusions).

Remember when planning your presentation: Tell your audience what you are going to tell them, tell it, and then summarize it
