Good Evening i apologize for this paper to be late notice but i have a paper due tomorrow evening at 11:59pm if you are able to finish by tomorrow before 11pm that would be great i will also be accepting it late but no later than Monday. Health Care Quality- Core Measures

Using the CMS Core Measures for Middleboro Hospital, Webster Hospital, Capital City General (CCG) and Osteopathic Medical Center (OMC), compare and contrast CMS core measures for these hospitals. This essay should be 5-6 pages and include the table of the four hospitals comparison. The table is not included in the page count. The essay should include a discussion of which hospital provides the highest quality of care and why. Also, indicate quality problems for each hospital. Indicate which quality tools could be used to improve quality based on the problems you indicate. Used the tools etc. obtained from Weeks 1-7 in this course for this paper. The essay must be written in APA 6th edition and include at least 2 references. For each category of measures, there should be a section with a headings. All tables must be labeled and cited using APA. Make sure you use the same data year for the hospitals.
